Summer Camps

HRFA gives financial support to young members to attend authorized summer camps. We believe it is important to give children the opportunity to build their self-esteem, acquire independence, and strengthen their Christian values.

HRFA Student Aid

Requirements:

The Student Aid Fund offers a one-time financial assistance of $750 to our young members who are in pursuit of a college education. It is intended that this scholarship be applied towards the cost of tuition, fees, books, or room and board. All students who fulfill the following requirements may apply:

• Must have been a member of the Federation for at least five years immediately preceding date of application for scholarship. He or she must be a member of good standing, i.e., applicant's policy reflects no arrears in dues, and policy is not lapsed, matured or surrendered.
• Should be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate day student in an accredited four-year college or university. Scholarship is not available to first-year college students; it is only granted to those who are in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year and have earned good grades for the courses completed.
• Is required to contact his or her branch manager or the Home Office to receive an application form. Once the student completes the form, he or she must send it to the branch manager or the Home Office together with a grade report.

The Home Office will review, approve and process the application and send the check to the applicant.

HRFA Student Alumni Program

We would like to embrace with pride all those young members who had received Student Aid from HRFA and have already graduated from their studies since then. The Alumni of the HRFA worthy Student Aid Recipients has been growing steadily from year to year. Over 20-25 students are being granted financial support annually.

We are planning to publish their former letter/photo from the past and a recent note with a current picture on our website -- side-by-side.
