Elizabeth DePetrillo

Branch 300
Apr, 2009

Currently an undergraduate at the University of Binghamton, I find it a very exciting, productive and challenging experience. Among the many academic options and possibilities, I have decided to complete a degree in accounting, with a concentration in finance. Ultimately, I would love to pursue a career in forensic accounting.

This past summer I completed a three-day externship with a firm in New York, and plan to return for an internship this summer. The internship will provide me with more hands-on experience to further develop my career plans as well as confirm that accounting is indeed the field I would like to continue pursuing an advanced career in.

I look forward to the future with excitement and enthusiasm, eager to take on the rest of my academic experience at Binghamton. I appreciate this opportunity that the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America has provided and will put the Federations generous gift towards my studies with gratitude.
