Branch 100
(September, 2008)

I am currently the secretary for Branch 100.  Last year, the branch organized one of the best events for Bojte Csaba, who is founder of the Transylvanian orphanage. Along with the president of the branch, I have been gathering a suitcase filled with gifts and toys for the orphans back home in Romania.

During the summer I volunteered at my city’s library program, called Adopt-a-Shelf. My duties were to put books on the shelf in order to make sure they were nicely in a row. I currently am the Movie Monitor also at the public library. I make sure everything goes well during the presentation of the film shown that night. Also, I volunteered at the Moorings, a home for senior citizens. I would play bingo with them for an afternoon. I currently volunteer at my church’s children’s ministry where I take care of children while their parents attend church.
